New Kid on the Block

Hi there. Before I jump in and start blogging, I’d like to take a second to introduce myself. I’m Burt Helm, BusinessWeek’s new Marketing Editor, and I’m excited to be joining David on Brand New Day. David’s now our man in Michigan, covering both the marketing and the automotive industry as a Senior Correspondent, and I’ll be holding down the fort here in New York City. Until recently, I was a reporter for BusinessWeek.com on the technology beat, covering digital media and online advertising. So don’t be surprised if my posts (at least at first) seem to have a bit of a techie’s slant on marketing. Look forward to seeing you on the blog.

Hello Burt,

Hey Burt, do you have an suggestions on how to better spend my blogging hours.
We just launched our Corporate Identity/Logo Package Site and I'm having difficulty with my gorella marketing efforts. I'm attempting to blog, forum and get listed in directories. It ain't easy! Just trying to keep things organized and documented is cumbersome.
Any suggestions(techy or simple common-sense)would be appreciated!
