No, we didn’t do one (though I love the Qualcomm Wolfpigeons, putting tiny wireless basestations in pigeons to improve reception..and combining the birds with wolves to protect them from cats.) But we did get punked by Onion, which is an amazing honor. Thanks! And wouldn’t you know, the mockery has to do with an imaginary list, which makes sense because we love lists at BW! So, click to see the Onion’s spoof of a BW cover story about the World’s 50 Most Dehumanizing Airports, with Franz Kafka International at the top (bottom?) of the heap.
And as my colleague Shirley Brady points out, it’s even more appropriate since we just ran a real list of the World’s Best Airports online!
::Laughs:: The Onion's story is great. For another clever and creative travel-related prank, check out www.hotelicopter.com. A flying hotelicopter?!?! Seriously?
