Since I posted the day I sent my son off to college in the Midwest, here’s the read now that he’s back.
He likes French and is going to start Spanish. Poli Sci lectures are OK for picking up semi-interesting facts while half snoozing. East coast girls carry their books in purses and wear wrap-around dark glasses and some kind of boots (Nuggs?). Midwesterners wear backpacks. His dorm is full of nerds, but luckily he made friends. His roommate rolls his own cigarettes, keeps the window open when it’s freezing out, and rattles the open window with his snoring. When you buy food by the pound at the cafeteria, cereal and lettuce are cheap; fruit is outrageous.
I’ll keep my ears open over the Holiday weekend.
Hi Steve !
Have you taught to your son to play your boardgame Hero Quest with college friends ?
Hero Quest? First I'd have to learn it myself.
Sorry, but I have read your message only now !
So, you don't remember as to play to Hero Quest ? It's very strange, considering that you have invented Hero Quest.
