Forrester Adds Blogs

Posted by: Heather Green on April 29

Shouldn’t be a surprise that after Forrester analyst Charlene Li said she brought in $1 million in business using her blog, the research firm should put together a new blog on tech and marketing.

Blogging helps you do more with less people.
You can save money by cutting staff and letting people do other stuff while blogging. Building a giant blogging bureacracy can be a problem.
Cows Theory
SOCIALISM:
You have 2 cows. The State takes one and gives it to someone else.
COMMUNISM:
You have 2 cows. The State takes both and gives you milk.
FASCISM:
You have 2 cows. The State takes both and sells you the milk.
NAZISM:
You have 2 cows. The State takes both and shoots you.
BUREACRACY:
You have 2 cows. The State takes both, kills one and spills the milk in the sewage system.
CAPITALISM:
You have 2 cows. You sell one and buy a bull.
BLOGISM: You have 1 cow and 1 bull. You hire 4 people to drink milk and write about bull.

Milk prices rise with payroll, but the cow doesn't get a raise.
MOOO!
