Bruce and Rubel go to the mat...over baseball

Stuart Bruce zings Steve Rubel for daring to use a baseball analogy in describing blog dynamics. Bruce’s case is a slam-dunk. He’s right: Bloggers are all entwined in a global scrum. And to describe a link as a homerun, well that just richochets off most people’s crossbars. Rubel, he’s put you in tough spot, fourth and long. But the element of surprise is on your side. I bet he hasn’t even heard of the suicide squeeze.
