Apple's rep for suing softens blog barbs

Posted by: Stephen Baker on September 26

In the uproar over the rash of scratches on iPod nanos, one blogger wanted to start a complaint blog. But for fear of legal action from Apple, he says he avoided naming it after the product or company, and instead settled for flawedmusicplayer.com. (from Steve Rubel). Read the site. Fear of legal retaliation seems to permeate it.

[O]pinion is not slanderous, and is covered by the first amendment. If someone wants to email me and say his or her Nano is great I will post that as well.
