As media fractures, established media companies are sussing out ways to embrace user-generated works. And to that point, there is a very intriguing debate that was kicked off by Om Malik’s post on what the steps by Infinity and Sirius to bring in grassroots media add up to.
Maybe I am too pragmatic, but I think there will be room for a mixture of options that people will use in discovering the creative works of people who are embracing podcasts and video blogs. Sometimes you will want to be guided and other times, you’ll opt for serendipity.
