Craigslist's Dizzying Climb


Who would have thought that classifieds could be so popular? And yet, traffic to Craigslist.com, community site where people can find dates, as well as sell that old rug, is surging. In the week of July 9, Craigslist.com only trailed, in traffic, established Internet giants eBay, Amazon.com, Dell and Wallmart.com. Not bad for an upstart.
