IT "Digestion"
A period of technology "digestion" is on the horizon. Until a fresh wave of tech innovation hits in 2008, U.S. companies and government customers will absorb existing technologies, according to Forrester Research. The upshot: after years of increases, information technology spending growth will slow in 2007 before picking up again in 2008.
