Mighty Mouse Goes Wireless

Posted by: Arik Hesseldahl on July 25, 2006

Apple announced today that its two-button Mighty Mouse” has taken on the trappings of other, er, mice, by going wireless with a Bluetooth connection and new laser tracking engine. I pesonally haven’t used the first Mighty Mouse all that much, and have instead stuck mostly with my single-button Apple wireless mouse, but lately, I’ve gone a little retro, using a Logitech two-button USB laser mouse that I bought for use with a PC some years back. I’ve gotten used to it, and kind of like the feel of the scroll wheel, and that right-clicking does the same thing as control-click. But for a paltry $69 I’ll try anything once. More here.
