Apple Countersues Creative

Creative wanted trouble with Apple and now it has it in spades. The International Herald Tribune is carrying a Bloomberg Report saying that Apple has sued Creative for infringing not one but four patents it has relating to the iPod. It filed the suit in a federal court in Wisconsin.
