There are among us Mac-lovers a faction who want to dual-boot to Windows on a single machine. I’m one of them. So far the results of those who trying to make this happen on their own machines are getting mixed results. Someone has apparently figured out a way to hack into the Extensible Firmware Interface in order to boot Windows Vista. However consider yourself warned: Doing this incorrectly can kill your Mac.
Any chance the reverse works now? Can I install Macintosh OS on a Wintel machine? That would be great because I can get rid of the poorly designed and constructed Apple laptop, and purchase a real laptop.
