I went to a store with a big Apple logo selling Apple products in Shanghai three days ago with a Chinese friend. She wants to buy an iPhone. So we picked one up and compared it to the one I have, bought in the states. My iPhone says on the back ??esigned by Apple in California and Assembled in China.?The iPhone that we had in our hands in Shanghai left out “Assembled in China.”
That fact left my friend and the two people selling the iPhones laughing and, well, maybe angry. I couldn’t really tell. They knew that all the iPhones made in the world are assembled, so why leave out that fact?
So Apple, why did you leave out “Assembled in China” on this one iPhone sold in China? Do that all leave off that important fact?
