Burger King's Home Shopping Parody Works To Break Clutter


This new BK ad from Crispin Porter + Bogusky is meeant to do one thing?break through the clutter and get your attention about the $1 buck Whopper.

Parody is an often used, and seldom well done, approach. I’d say this hit the mark, though. There is no brand building here. But here is a shout out to what I think is an effective retail promo spot.

I like the way the agency captured the cheesy atmosphere of a home shopping channel right down to the videography instead of film.
