I can’t vouch for the value of the 80s era, 850 square foot condo. But its worth clicking on the You Tube video above to hear the exquisitely bland piece of pop rock crafted by “local recording artist” and would-be Springsteen impersonator Tim Charron. It sounds like Tim may have actually recorded this song while he writing and playing it for the first time, sort of what you might call Rock N’ Roll improv. But hey, the Miami condo market needs all the help it can get.
