Over the next two days I’ll be attending An Event Apart, spending time with other designers and developers about a topic near and dear to my heart: Web Design. (“Web standards and emerging best practices,” specifically.)

Typically, the topics covered at An Event Apart hover somewhere between high level design theory and nuts-and-bolts technical sessions, without being too much of either. The speaker roster looks to make this a good one (including the likes of Jeffrey Zeldman, Eric Meyer, Jeff Veen, and Google’s Doug Bowman), so be sure to stayed tuned to this space for coverage as things unfold.
