When you choose to enjoy your work, you lead with greater power and you change lives for the better. Small business owners who make enjoyment a high priority are energized and rewarded by their job, and inspire their employees and customers at the same time.
Yet the norm in the business world is to consider enjoyment a "nice to have," not a "need to have." Finding enjoyment is first and foremost an "inside job"—that is, taking a look at your own beliefs about fun and work, and revising them as necessary to permit yourself to enjoy what you do.
What beliefs or other factors keep you from looking forward to your work most days? Whatever they may be, it’s never too late to remove or change them and start enjoying what you do.
