The Sirius-XM Merger Puzzle

Apparently in an effort to boost chances of their merger going through, satellite radio companies Sirius and XM just unveiled??. a puzzle. That?? right, a crossword puzzle. Feilds include gems like name of ??CC honcho?and “former FCC honcho whose support is on the table.”

I expect many honchos at the Department of Justice and the FCC are trying to work out this puzzle right now. Will completing all fields make an approval of this merger more likely? That remains very much in question — despite “former FCC honcho whose support is on the table” and “merger-supporting West Coast Times.”
