Conversations are no solution

Max Kalehoff begs advertisers to stop using the word “conversation.” Here, here. It’s turned into a tiresome cliche (and I say this as one who has used it in its blogging sense many times). The other one that drives me crazy is “solution,” the high tech industry’s word for “what we sell.”

Any other cliches we should obliterate?
