Do What You Do Best, Outsource the Rest

Marcus Buckingham is 100% correct when he says great entrepreneurs are not jacks-of-all-trades and instead focus on their strengths ("QuickTake," February/March 2007). The late Dick Benson, a top direct marketing consultant, said you should do only what you do best in-house, and outsource the rest.
