Core77 Conference on Web 2.0 in Boston.

Bruce Nussbaum

Our good partner Core77 is giving a conference on Nov. 15 in Boston that has some amazing people, starting with John Maeda, from the MIT Media Lab. If you haven't picked up Maeda's great book on simplicity, you're missing a significant piece of work.

This is what Core77 says about its conference: "As products and systems become smarter and more technologically imbued, the mandate of the designer is thrown into question. If we can make anything, what should we make? And if all of our activities have consequences—environmental, economic and social—what are the opportunities for moving positively into the future? How can we balance serving interests with setting agendas? Join us for a panel discussion on the front lines."
