Yahoo Wiki's Innovation.

Bruce Nussbaum

A tip of the hat to the Innovation Insider for showing me this interesting development at Yahoo which is basically a wiki on innovation. Looks like people are asking some simple--and fundamental--questions about the nature of innovation and are receiving very credible answers. As soon as our technology allows, this is a very good idea for our own Innovation & Design channel. We could take the idea of an innovation wiki to a deeper level of problem solving. Meanwhile, check this out.

The Innovation Insider site is good. They may not know anything about design and innovation over at Fortune but the online site the magazine supports is right on. StoneYamashita Partners shaped a really insightful conference for them too a few months back.

This is not a wiki at all. It's Yahoo's new "Answers" feature, with the word "innovation" typed into its search box.

I'm surprised. Aren't you supposed to do a tad better research before you post -- as an employee of such an authoritative site as BusinessWeek Online? Makes me doubt so many other things I've read by bloggers of big sites.

I agree with Brilliance, it's yahoo! answers.
