Black Box (BBOX
) posts lower-than-expected 53 cents vs. 39 cents fourth quarter EPS (non-GAAP) on an 11% revenue rise. By the second quarter of fiscal year 2007, it expects quarterly revenues in the range of $265 million to $275 million and gross profit margin in the 37% to 38% range, as well as EPS of 90 cents to 95 cents.
Bakers Footwear (BKRS

Omni Energy Services (OMNI
) expects second quarter revenues to exceed Wall Street estimates of about $25.8 million, barring any unexpected weather or permit delays, and to exceed first quarter revenue by as much as 50%. It cites demand for its seismic drilling services.
