Who Gets Social Media Right?

Whenever I meet with startups and ask who in traditional media is getting it right with social media, I tend to get some of the same replies. News Corp. because they bought MySpace, The NYTimes with its new redesign, some of the newspapers we all know like the Greensboro News & Record. But are there newspapers, TV stations, media companies that you think have good strategies or are adopting social tech in a smart way? What impresses you?

I'd like to mention the newspaper I work for, The Globe and Mail (www.globeandmail.com) which is a daily newspaper based in Toronto, Canada. We were one of the first papers in North America to allow readers to comment on any news story on the website, and it has been extremely popular. We have blogs too, and we do regular online Q&As with readers, but I think the comment feature has been a real breakthrough in terms of connecting with our audience.
