WiFi leeching blues

Stephen Baker

I'm sitting our cold porch with the laptop. It's the only place where I can leech my neighbor's WiFi. Mine went dead, for some unknown reason. I tell my wife that if the neighbor (I don't know which one) turns off his WiFi, I may have to work at Starbucks today. She hates that because I spend money and come back reeking of coffee grounds.

Your neighbor is going to love you when they read this...

I would love to believe that all of my neighbors click into Blogspotting before they take the blue plastic off the morning New York Times. And if I did believe this, perhaps I'd be a bit more circumspect about my WiFi leeching. I can't afford for them to turn it off, at least not for the next week. By the way, I'm writing this from... Starbucks

I bet your wife loved it when you bought her a new mop for her birthday. I never heard of anyone so cheap.

Happy leeching dude... Just be advised that it is quite illegal. Thankfully, I've yet to hear of a case where somebody got caught doing it from their own residence. Those who get busted either parked in front of someone's house exceedingly long or if not, they were doing something heavily illegal. Thank god for unsecured networks.
