But if your stress levels don’t drop, you’ll eventually become exhausted and your performance will suffer. It’s like driving a car with one foot on the brake and the other on the accelerator.
That’s stress — internal conflict, tension, strain, and blocked energy. It’s just a matter of time before your car breaks down. Prolonged stress does the same thing, causing wear and tear to you and your body. When you let up on your stress brakes, you increase your drive.
