Viral Voices has spotted a network of employee blogs hosted by Honeywell HR. Apparently, they're designed to shine a good light on working for the company

I'd give it a B for effort and a C- for implementation. Honeywell would be better off having one group blog with lots of authors. That way there would be some momentum, maybe even some interaction with authors commenting on each other's posts. Reading through the posts it seems like the authors are still quite unsure of what to write about, too much focus on "I this" and "I that".
