Dave Taylor hunts for the perfect disclaimer

Dave Taylor was hunting for the perfect disclaimer to head the moderated comments in his blog. He was looking for something pithy--but then turned to a lawyer. Suffice to say it's a long post, but here's what they came up with in the end.

"Because I value your thoughtful opinions, I encourage you to add a comment to this discussion. Don't be offended if I edit your comments for clarity or to keep out questionable matters, however, and I may even delete off-topic comments."

Now, let's get the lawyer out of it:

Comments are welcome. Please keep it civil. I'll edit for clarity, and will delete hate, porn and spam.

And yet, Stephen, you don't have a disclaimer on your comments themselves yet. I wonder what the BW/MH lawyers say about that? :-)
