I watched a Cocker Spaniel taken from a child because he couldn't take it on the bus to the Astradome. If there was a way to find this childs pet I would like to take it in for him, however long it takes before he would be able to have his pet back. My heart went out to him. He was one of the last ecavuees. Please help. Thank you
