Bonds Surge

S&P MARKETSCOPE: Treasuries surged early in the wake of terrorist attacks on London's transportation system but bonds pared gains as European central banks did not announce any liquidity operations, and expectations of a strong U.S. June labor report tomorrow kept the market in check. 10-year note rose 06/32 to 100-21/32 for a yield of 4.04%. 30-year bond climbed 13/32 to 116-17/32 for a yield of 4.30%.
