Treasuries End Higher

Treasuries rose on a flight to safety following terrorist attacks in Turkey, the scene of an upcoming NATO summit, and in Iraq. Many traders are now more comfortable the Fed will raise rates only 25 basis points at next week's policy meeting.

This morning's Durable Goods Orders data was weaker than expected, and jobless claims were higher than expected. New Home Sales remained strong.
