S&P MARKETSCOPE (3:04 p.m. ET): Energy futures finished busy week on mixed note... April WTI crude was up 15 cents to $38.08, April heating oil
futures off 0.75 cent to 93.88 cents, gasoline futures up 0.03
cent to 115.30... Venezuelan Oil Minister Rafael Ramirez said
OPEC's decision to cut output from April 1 still stands and the
cartel could trim production again at its March meeting, if
needed, despite market concerns over high crude prices... some
traders speculating crude could climb to $40 soon... Brent crude oil futures rose 13 cents to $33.26, gasoil lost $3.95 to $288.50 on London's International Petroleum Exchange.
