) revised unsolicited offer of $19.50 per share in cash. (6/20)

) may be a takeover target, reports the latest issue of BusinessWeek. (6/20)

WPP Group PLC (WPPGY

) agrees to buy fellow advertising agency Cordiant Communications Group PLC (CDA

) for 2.4 pence a share, valuing the entire company at around 10 million pounds. WPP said it plans a 100 million pounds ($167.9 million or 143.6 million euros) share offering to help fund the acquisition. (6/19)

) agrees to buy Mid-Atlantic Realty (MRR
