GE Unit Agrees to Acquire Instrumentarium


General Electric's (GE) GE Medical Systems unit agrees to acquire Instrumentarium (INMRY), a European medical equipment maker, for about $2 billion. Terms: EUR 40 per INMRY share. (12/18)
