A group of investors led by Mosaic Media Group, Capital Communications CDPQ Inc., and Jules Haimovitz, a senior television executive, has agreed to acquire dick clark productions (DCPI

) for $140 million. Terms: DCPI shareholders will get $14.50 cash per share; Mr. Clark will get $12.50 cash per share. (2/14)
