"The Ins and Outs of Cash Flow" (BusinessWeek Investor, Jan. 22) incorrectly stated that rising receivables and inventories, and falling accounts payable lowered Lucent Technologies' cash by $3.8 billion in the third quarter. Actually, this reduction occurred over the first nine months of the company's fiscal year.Return to top
