COMMENTARY

Despite the Fed's May 16th rate hike, the market ended the week on an upbeat

note. Led by tech stocks like Dell Computer and Intel, the Nasdaq Composite

Index gained 7.7%, the S&P 500 was up 4.7%, the Dow up 3.9%. Even so, rates

may be starting to resonate with investors. Fearing subsequent hikes,

investors took profits on May 17, sending all the major indexes south.
