COMMENTARYThe postelection rally rolls on. The supercharged Dow industrials logged 96points, to close at a new high of 6274 as the yield on the 30-year U.S.Treasury bond fell to 6.44%, the lowest since March. The S&P 500 and NASDAQComposite climbed to new highs on Nov. 11, but pulled back slightly.
