In "The squawk over Boston Chicken" (The Corporation, Oct. 21), the name of Boston Chicken Inc.'s chief financial officer was incorrect. He is Mark W. Stephens. The company's report of average weekly sales approaching $24,000 applies to all stores, not mature stores. Restaurant analyst Roger Lipton's estimate of average weekly sales of $21,500 after promotions and discounts applies only to stores open at least a year.Return to top
