H IS FOR HELP

If you employ domestic help, you'll probably have a new form to fill out this year: Schedule H. You must compute Social Security, Medicare, and income taxes for any baby-sitter, gardener, or other household worker who received at least $1,000 in wages in 1995. Schedule H puts you in compliance with the "nanny tax" law Clinton signed in October, 1994.
