CLINTON CAMPAIGN CONFLICTS

The White House is worried about a conflict-of-interest law that bars ex-Administration aides from contacting former colleagues on issues they handled. The problem: Presidential aides who join the Clinton reelection team may have trouble communicating with the White House.
