Washington Outlook: CAPITAL WRAPUP

NEW FOCUS ON FUJI

The Clinton Administration may up pressure on Fuji Photo Film Co. over its ruckus with Eastman Kodak Co. The American film maker has complained to the U.S. Trade Representative's Office that Fuji unfairly dominates the Japanese market. If Justice should intervene, it could be the first ever U.S. trust-busting case against an alleged monopoly abroad.EDITED BY OWEN ULLMANN
