The new version of QuickXpense for Windows 95, the software from Portable Software Corp. that automates expense-account reporting, will allow people who carry corporate MasterCards from GE Capital to download charges into the program. Portable says the data will be available the day after the vendor posts the sale, and if you've already entered a transaction manually, the software will flag the duplication. Users outside the 513 area code must pay long-distance charges to dial up via modem. The $70 upgraded version is due out in September.BY EDWARD C. BAIG
