For "The faded colors of Benetton" (The Corporation, Apr. 10), BUSINESS WEEK should have sought a response from the Benetton family about assertions in the story that the family is riven with conflicts over strategy. The company says that such claims are untrue and that the four founding siblings have a unified vision. Also, Benetton's operating margins averaged 14.4% from 1991 to 1993, not 14.7%.
