IS THE U.S. HUNG UP ON ETHICS?

While you Americans have sleepless nights worrying about ethics, ("Can ethics be taught? Harvard gives it the old college try," Top of The News, Apr. 6), the Europeans and Japanese are making a killing exporting. This "ethics thing" of yours is one of the biggest drags on U.S. competition. In order to make the score even, Harvard should give part of this money to some Japanese and German universities.
