Balancing Feelings with Facts

Posted by: Rod Kurtz on June 2, 2008

Small business owners need to make a deeply personal investment to guide others to phenomenal results. In fact, great leaders inspire others to do their best work when they operate in a balance between facts and feelings. So check in with yourself regularly, assessing how you truly feel, especially when facing challenging questions or problems. Then allow feelings and facts to work together. In doing so, you will discover your own connection between heartfelt candor and a greater ability to foster the support of others.
