Find Outside Perspective

I think there’s just tremendous value in getting out of your business and working on it instead of in it. And to do that, you have to get outside the office. You have to get around other people who have similar types of experiences. I think people get reenergized by that, and I also think they learn from other people’s mistakes and accomplishments, which can save them a lot of money or a lot of time — without having to make the mistakes themselves. So I’m really big on business roundtables.
