The NY Times’s Robb Mandelbaum dives into the details of what the Senate health reform bill means for small businesses.

Small business bankruptcies rose 81% in California and 44% nationwide in the 12 months ending Sept. 30, according to Equifax data. Nathan Olivarez-Giles reports in the LA Times.
