How One Company Spends Its Dollars Wisely
Here's a breakdown of yearly ergonomics costs from 1993 to 1998 at Claim Net,
a 23-employee company based in Irvine, Calif. New employees receive all-new
equipment to fit the individual worker. Existing furniture has been modified
in some cases by adding keyboard trays and other accessories. In addition to
listed expenses, every employee is entitled to $20 monthly towards
health-club membership.
