Advice for Contractors?

Built Right Construction is a state-certified general and roofing contractor in Florida interested in assisting with the disaster recovery efforts associated with Katrina. However, we are not sure how to get in contact with the proper people to get started. Any assistance you can offer would greatly be appreciated.
